## Nearly Three Decades of Psychiatric Expertise

Dr. David Kramer is a board-certified general psychiatrist who has served the South Florida community since 1997, bringing nearly three decades of clinical experience to CARMAhealth's Coral Springs practice. Certified by the [American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology](https://www.abpn.com/), Dr. Kramer specializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, addiction, and adolescent behavioral disorders.

A graduate of [Cornell University](https://www.cornell.edu/), he earned his medical degree with honors from the University of South Florida before completing his psychiatry residency at the [University of Pennsylvania](https://www.med.upenn.edu/). Dr. Kramer combines extensive psychopharmacology expertise with cognitively based psychotherapy, providing patients a comprehensive and personalized approach to their mental health care.

He has served in multiple Medical Director roles throughout South Florida and has been a member of the [American Psychiatric Association](https://www.psychiatry.org/) since 1992. His experience spans both adult and adolescent psychiatry, with particular skill in treating complex, co-occurring conditions.
